Returns
We always want you to feel great in your Misty Morning Ice Dyes! So if you receive a garment that is defective or doesn’t fit properly - send us an email at rocknsocks@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us within 14 days.
Provide the order number and what item you want to return in this email. Customer pays return shipping.
Returns will only be accepted in unworn condition and a refund (less the shipping cost) will be issued once we receive the returned garment.
We aim to retrieve returned packages in a timely manor, but the refund process can take up to 30 days.
Here are a few important things to keep in mind:
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping cost.
- If you qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the calculated shipping cost from your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.
- Custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or flawed.
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items labeled as defective or flawed
Return Conditions:
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was recieved damaged or in error. Additionally, please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition to avoid any loss in value.
Rest assured, once the original purchased item has been returned and inspected, we will send out the exchange/refund promptly.
